How do I change my Ather Labs Account password?

If you are unable to Log in to your Ather Labs account:

Before we get started, please make sure that you are on the Ather Labs Account Management website, at https://account.atherlabs.com/

Steps
1. From the Login page, click on "Forgot Password?".

2. Type in the email address you used to create your Ather Labs Account, in the provided field.

3. Click on "CONTINUE"

4. Type in your New Password in the provided field.

5. Check your email account for a Passcode.
If you cannot find the Passcode email from Ather Labs, check your Spam or Junk folders. As a last resort, click on the "Send Code" button next to the Passcode field in the Dashboard.

6. Type in the Passcode received in step 6, in the provided field.

7. Your password has been updated! Click on the "Sign In" button and type in your email and new password.

If you are Logged in to your Ather Labs account and would like to change your password:

Before we get started, please make sure that you are Logged in to the Ather Labs Account Management website, at https://account.atherlabs.com/

Steps
1. From the Account Management page, navigate to the "PASSWORD" section.

2. Type in your New Password in the provided field.

3. Click on the 'Send Code' button.

4. Check your email account for a Passcode.
Note: If you cannot find the Passcode email from Ather Labs, check your Spam or Junk folders. As a last resort, click the "Send Code" button again.

5. Type in the Passcode received in step 4, in the provided field.

6. Your password has been updated! Click on the "Sign In" button and type in your email and new password.
